Rotel 3 has a capacity of 20 trays or a loaf capacity of 120 x 680g loaves. Oven decks may be operated independently or in a group. It can be pre-programmed or manually loaded individually with baking recipes. The Rotel 3 has a capacity for up to 99 baking programs, and there is a low-temp bake mode and an inbuilt steaming system fitted to all chambers.
It is quite simple to add a new recipe, which may include top and bottom heat, steam, preheating temperature, and staged baking temperatures. β
