GURES uses premium grade chicken eggs that have been specifically graded to produce high quality pasteurised liquid egg products.

The eggs are not “excess” or “rejected” eggs from the retail shell egg operations. As a result, the eggs are typically fresher and more consistent when cracked resulting in a higher quality liquid in terms of colour and performance.

Eggs are processed in facilities with state-of-the-art equipment meeting the most stringent internationally recognised Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.
