Now in its sixth year, Melbourne Food & Wine Festival in partnership with Hostplus offers this annual scholarship to one young gun in the industry. The scholarship provides the chance to work across the world in three different hospitality businesses (including flights, accommodation and spending money). Applicants can come from all areas of the industry right across the country, whether front of house, in the kitchen, the paddock or behind the coffee machine.
