these French baking mats have a macaron template printed on them, to ensure your macarons are equally sized and evenly spaced every time. the mats also help to reduce wasted products. demarle Silpat products are made from fibreglass and completely coated with silicon, making them both non-stick and non-slip. they can also be used for both baking and freezing.
