Victorian snack and cereal brand Kez’s Kitchen been commissioned by Qantas to develop an exclusive in-flight cookie.
Owner of the Australian family business Michael Carp said the 50g roasted macadamia, fig and ginger cookie had been specifically created to taste bakery-fresh mid-flight.
The product, which has been in development for the past six months, consists of blended oats and wholemeal flour, chopped figs, crystallised ginger and large roasted macadamia pieces.
