It’s now a permanent addition to THICC’s growing cookie family, after its limited time only ‘soft drop’ proved a huge hit online.

For their latest cookie creation, the THICC team have supersized their popular Belgian Lotus Biscoff cookies, which are loved for their unique taste, crunch and shape. The result is a glorious, thicc cookie that’s crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy, with the distinctive Biscoff spicy, deep caramel on the inside. And they’re delivered straight to your door, ready to heat and eat.

The new THICC 1kg Biscoff cookie joins a selection of permanent and limited-edition 1kg New York-style cookies including the acclaimed Choc Chip, Nutella Cookie, Reese Peanut Butter Chip, and Funfetti Chip, a white chocolate chip cookie coated in funfetti sprinkles. You can even store them in an airtight container for a week or freeze them for up to two months—although I haven’t heard of many that make it that far!”

THICC Cookies are the creation of a passionate team of cookie lovers. When Chris was unable to find iconic New York-style cookies in Sydney (after falling in love with them in New York), he created his own. His first batch of chunky, chewy, soft and crunchy Choc Chip Cookies attracted a long line of customers at a local market and sold out in just two hours.

“We continued to sell them at local markets and then their popularity exploded when the media wrote about them. As COVID-19 had arrived by then, we quickly opened an online store and began to ship our cookies around Australia, The rest, as they say, is history!” Chris said.
