Ingredients Supplier Splits Foodservice Structure

George Weston Foods (GWF) recently restructured its foodservice business through the creation of Tip Top Foodservice and Don KRC Foodservice.

A company spokesperson said the transition from GWF Foodservice (as it was formerly known) into two divisions allows the company to have a greater focus on bakery and smallgoods products through specialist teams and will improve its operational efficiencies

This new, simplified structure will not affect ordering and invoicing processes, terms of trade or product availability.

Tip Top Foodservice, headed by national business manager Brian Esplin, has a product portfolio that includes Tip Top, Abbott’s, Burgen, Golden, Speedibake, Australian Garlic Bread, Bazaar, Ministry of Muffins and Top Taste Cakes.
