A meditation-expert and former monk won major cash and electronic prizes after winning Muffin Break’s ‘Big Break’ competition.
Luke Hogan from Seaham, New South Wales, recently earned $25,000 in cash and a home-entertainment package worth $10,000.
Muffin Break teamed up with the Nine Network’s Today show to make a four-week competition to create a 30-second television commercial. The commercial needed to incorporate the Muffin Break logo and focus on its key brand values of ‘Freshness’, ‘Wholesomeness’, ‘Reliability’, ‘Quality and Safety’.
Luke created ‘Little Nibble’ using photographs of actual muffins baked-fresh at his local Muffin Break stores at Kotara and Maitland on the NSW Central Coast. After digitally-editing the photographs, Luke used ‘Crazy Talk’ facial and 2D animation software to bring the muffin to life.
“Muffin Break stores are intended to be a place to relax and recharge with a great-tasting coffee and muffin or light meal. Not only did Luke cleverly represent this, his adorable Little Nibble characters had every member of the judging panel gushing,” Muffin Break spokesperson Drew Eide said.
