Fine Food Australia is providing the perfect opportunity to hear Melbourne’s most innovative pastry chefs and bakers nut out the topical issues affecting their industry.
Moderated by Australian Baking Business, Monday’s session, “How to keep the art of bread alive”, will bring together a panel of prominent bakers to discuss the importance of artisan skills to create products with distinctive texture and flavour. Tuesday’s session, “Impressing the food snobs”, will see some of the country’s top patissiers talk about the importance of pushing boundaries with ingredients and presentation, and how to remain ahead of the constantly changing game.
The audience will also be given the opportunity to put their own questions to some of the industry’s biggest names, including those behind LuxBite, Phillippa’s Bakery and Epicure Group.
