Fine Food Australia, the largest and leading trade event for the food industry in the country, will return to the ICC Sydney from September 9-12.
Fine Food Australia has been the destination since 1983 to ignite passion and innovation in the food industry. The four-day celebration of ideas and innovation promises to be larger than ever before with 85 per cent of the show floor sold out already, and aligning with truly industry leaders as sponsors.
For the second year, Freedom Foods Group has been announced as Platinum Sponsor.
“We are delighted to be partnering with Fine Food Australia as Platinum Sponsor for 2019”, says Sarah Herbert, senior brand manager at Freedom Foods.
“The event provides a fantastic platform for businesses to showcase their products as well as an opportunity to network with industry leaders, with useful and insightful sessions across the four days. Fine Food Australia gets bigger and better each year, and we are proud to be a partner.”
Callebaut will be sponsoring the Innovations in Patisserie stage, featuring appearances from leading pastry chefs, demonstrations of new techniques on Van Rooy equipment and expert advice for aspiring talent. And introducing a new feature for 2019, the Demo Kitchens will take demonstrating new dishes with exhibitor ingredients to a whole new level, and is supported by the NSW Government.
The 2019 events line up is overflowing with 19 co-located competitions, masterclasses and events including the Nestle Golden Chef’s Hat Award, Australian Culinary Challenge, The Great Aussie Pie & Sausage Roll Competition, Women in Foodservice Charity Event and many more.
