Leading supplier of baking margarines and shortenings, edible Oil Industries (EOI), has invited bakers around Australia to share in its 80-year celebration with the opportunity to earn Visa card rewards.

the innovative marketing strategy requires bakers to purchase EOI branded margarines and shortenings and to collect the two barcodes found on each carton from July through to October, 2013. together the two barcodes will earn Visa card rewards valued at a $1 for each carton purchased.

EOI national business manager of bakery Peter LeSueur said the promotion recognises and thanks the support of the Australian baking industry.

“For years, bakers around the country have got behind EOI and we embarked on this initiative to celebrate this partnership,” he said.

“the promotion will also see a number of celebratory items given away, including coffee mugs, coasters, t-shirts, aprons and bakers hats.”
