Bakers Delight has been recognised in Australia’s largest people’s choice food awards taking out the Favourite Bakery category in NSW for Bakers Delight Greenwood Plaza.

The North-Sydney based bakery was voted number one in the state as part of the Lifestyle Food Channel’s I Love FOOD Awards, which received more than 134,000 public votes from across the country.

Bakers Delight Greenwood Plaza franchisee Rod Halliday said he was overjoyed with the win and humbled to have been recognised above other bakeries in the state.

“We’re extremely happy with the win and attribute it to our loyal customer base and local community who have helped our bakery grow and prosper over the years,” he said.

“The win just goes to show what you can achieve with great customer service, quality fresh product that is in-demand, and operational support.
