Beloved artisanal sourdough bakery brand Bake Bar opened its sixth venue in December last year. The Paddington venue in Sydney joins the brand’s other locations in Randwick, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Darlinghurst, and Harris Farm.

The bakery announced the opening of the new location on social media, with a video that showed off the goods that Bake Bar is known for.

“Customers can expect to see their favourite items on the new Paddington menu, with coffee and a famous shakshuka to make an appearance,” Bake Bar director Gili Gold told Hospitality Magazine.

The social media post was met with enthusiasm from followers of the brand.

“Omg! This looks outstanding!” one commenter wrote.

Another said, “This is such an amazing feast!”

Bake bar is known for its quality local ingredients and commitment to the various communities they set up in.

“At Bake Bar we only use sustainable, organic, and seasonal produce to create every item prepared in our kitchen. This is an essential ingredient embedded across all… of our locations,” Gilli previously told Urban List.

In addition to the shakshuka that the bakery is known for, they serve a wide range of other items—from brekkie rolls at breakfast time to bagels and paninis at lunch time. All of the baked goods are baked fresh daily and throughout the day to ensure all-day deliciousness.
