Ticketing has opened for the Australian Society of Baking’s upcoming Exclusive Brunch.

Scheduled for May 9, 9.30am to 11am, the brunch promises to be an exciting morning out.

Set to be held at Norma’s Deli, in the heart of Manly in Sydney, there will be something for everybody.

Norma’s Deli will be serving something for every occasion. Follow that up with some delights from Rollers Bakehouse, a Palm Springs-inspired French-style bakehouse that has stunning recipes and complex flavour profiles. Finally, finish up with some Butter Boy Cookies.

In addition to the brunch, there will be a guided tour of the three businesses, including their wholesale operations, and a meet and greet with the business owner James Sideris.
