Cult bakery Baker Bleu has announced it will be opening its third – and largest – store.

Located in Cremorne, Melbourne, the new store will be home to an all-day bakery and café when it opens later this year, with a focus on producing sourdough pizzas and fresh sandwiches. This will be in addition to the sourdough croissant, bread and bagels it’s already garnered a reputation for at its existing locations.

It’s expected that customers will be able to sit in and enjoy their food at one of 20 indoor seats or at the outdoor seating that will spill out on the street pavement.

Baker Bleu founders Mike and Mia Russell announced the opening on their Instagram account, saying they were thrilled about it.

“It’ll be our biggest project yet, and we are very excited to start this new chapter,” they wrote.

The Cremorne site follows the Baker Bleu bakeries located at Caulfield North and Hawksburn in Melbourne, and Double Bay in Sydney.
