Come and join the Australian Society of Baking for an exclusive brunch in the heart of Manly, Sydney.

There will be three exciting establishments bringing to life the art of baking.

Norma’s Deli, a working kitchen and open bakery will be serving something for every occasion. Follow that up with Rollers, a Palm Springs-inspired French-style bakehouse with stunning recipes featuring complex flavour profiles. Finally, finish up at Butter Boy Cookies that, let’s face it, really are one of the best in town.
