Gold Coast icon Paddock Bakery has launched a pop-up in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.
Located at Justin Lane, the popular bakery will be serving up handcrafted sweets alongside pastries, sandwiches and coffee.
The pop-up, which was softly launched on September 16, will be officially open for business from September 25.
The Gold Coast institution, which is housed in a 70-year-old Queenslander in Burleigh Heads, has said they will be serving up things like croissants, macadamia-filled or Nutella-infused cookies, chocolate brownies, carrot cake, and creme brulee or jam-filled doughnuts at the pop-up shop.
There will also be a range of sandwiches designed especially for the Fortitude Valley store, including The Godfather (hot salami, mortadella, James St deli ham, provolone, and giardiniere pickle), the Frenchie (a French onion and gruyere toastie on white sourdough), the Cluck Norris (Southern Fried Chicken with cabbage slaw and hot sauce), and a signature bagel filled with New Zealand king smoked salmon, herbed cream cheese, spinach, pickled onion, and capers).
