UK’s Smallest Bakery Opens Its Doors

A bakery believed to the smallest in the UK, measuring just 100 square feet, has opened its doors in Eccleshall, Staffordshire in the UK.

The Toast of Eccleshall officially opened in February, selling more than 250 loaves of bread in the first week.

Opened by former chefs Tom Hughes and Ben Herbert, the uk’s smallest bakery is the only bakery in Eccleshall.

“As chefs we know the quality of your ingredients can make or break a dish and we decided early on that we would apply that same knowledge when setting up our bakery. We’re the only bakery in Eccleshall and we’re going to make sure we supply the tastiest loaves possible,” Tom said.
