Sigep is one of the only places in the world that lets food professionals get a true handle on the Italian artisan gelato market, as well as the entire confectionary supply chain.
The 34th international exhibition for the artisan production of gelato, pastry, confectionary and bakery will be held in Rimini, Italy, from January 19-23, 2013.
The event will showcase ingredients, equipment and machinery, and be home to a number of international competitions. The spotlight will also be thrown on global industry trends, including cake design and organic ingredients, through to a number of forums, demonstrations and workshops.
The 2012 Sigep event broke records, with more than 122 trade visitors and 850 exhibitors throughout the massive 90,000sqm trade floor.
