Spanish-inspired chocolateria San Churro now has more than 40 vegan menu items, thanks to its recent creation of a vegan milk chocolate containing 37 per cent cocoa.

The new vegan milk chocolate can be experienced with over 11 new vegan products; including in a hot chocolate and vegan churro snack pack (mini churros dusted in cinnamon sugar, served with melted vegan milk chocolate, smashed Oreos and fresh strawberries).

San Churro’s national marketing manager Tarran Grummisch said, “Over the last year, our vegan range has grown exponentially in response to the overwhelming feedback we have received from customers”.

“The brand is committed to being inclusive of all dietary needs, delivering memorable shared dessert experiences to all people – as our customers’ needs change, so do we.”

San Churro’s vegan range is endorsed by People for The Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), who commented.
