Baking Business readers may remember our Aug/Sep 2019 cover story on Perth-based Pretzel and its owner Brittany Garbutt. In an exciting new twist, Pretzel has expanded with the launch of new stores in Fremantle, WA and Doncaster, Victoria, bringing the total Pretzel count to eight stores.

Like all of the Pretzel stores, Fremantle and Doncaster are individually designed by Brittany and splashed in signature Pretzel pink.

The Freo store features an impressively organised wall of illuminated milk bottles, cereal containers, Warhol-esque Pretzel themed soup cans, and a pink ATM. In contrast, Doncaster takes on a Japanese-inspired theme, featuring neon lighting, ample bench-style seating and large anime mural.
