Australian Bakels now welcome the recognised product Fermdor as an integral addition to the range, providing bread with a unique character and a delicious rustic flavour.

There are four Fermdor varieties available: Fermdor Germ – a malty, savoury, distinct acidity and nutty wheat germ fragrance; Fermdor WM – a mild, wheat-based and well-balanced acidity profile; Fermdor R – a typical rye flavour with well-balanced acidity; and Fermdor D – a trend-setting spelt.
