Western Australia’s largest food, drink and equipment trade event for the retail foodservice and hospitality industries will land in Perth in April.
Professionals from the baking industry will be well catered for, with a range of exhibitors and information sessions lined-up.
“Bakery World at this year’s event is a sustainable baking show where baking industry visitors can see and compare ingredients, equipment, finished products, merchandising and point-of-sale, all specifically for their industry in one feature area,” exhibition manager Minnie Constan said.
New to this year’s show, Baking Association Australia will also conduct demonstrations, where bakers can learn the latest techniques.
“It will be a great place to see how to make artisan breads, how to decorate a traditional cake and how to make perfect pies and pastries,” Minnie said.
Fine Food Western Australia opens its doors on Sunday April 14, through to April 16.
