Latest equipment and technologies in baking will be presented as a new feature of the South Australian Hotel and Restaurant Trade Show.

The biennial trade show, which will be held at the Adelaide Showground on May 28-29, is the only event in South Australia dedicated to all sectors of the hospitality and food service industry.

Kym Jones, one of South Australia’s most experienced trade and consumer show presenters, said baking sector representatives had a unique opportunity to view latest ovens and accessories and discuss their specific needs with experienced industry suppliers.

“We have introduced a baking dimension to the Hotel and Restaurant Trade Show in recognition of the hotel animportance of this sector in the food service industry,” Kym said.

“In particular, we are pleased to welcome All Bake Services as a key exhibitor in the baking area at the event. All Bake Services is a proud South Australian company with over 65 years of combined experienced in the industry specialising in sales, service, installation and repair of new and used bakery and associated equipment.”

Ty Baxter, a technical expert with All Bake Services said the company would present quality new ovens and equipment at the show and provide trusted advice to help trade visitors in the baking sector achieve the highest levels of efficiency and cost-effective operations.

Among the new models on display will be the Australian-built Rotel oven with innovative energy-saving features, LED screen technology and push button ease of operations, and the latest Tagliavini deck oven for commercial applications.
