The TopFranchise Awards for 2022 have just been decided, and Ferguson Plarre’s Bakehouse has scored among the top ten in the country.  The Melbourne-based franchise came 4^th behind Mad Mex Fresh Mexican, Frontline Recruitment Group, and World Gym.

In its 5^th generation, Ferguson Plarre is a family owned bakery that has over 85 franchises across Victoria. The chain of bakeries aims to ‘bake thousands of people happy every day.’

The culmination of two different major baking chains, Ferguson Plarre’s Bakehouse was the result of the friendship between the owners of Plarre’s Cakes and the owners of J.A Ferguson.

In 1946, Ferguson Plarre was born, and it has gone from strength to strength since then.

In a post on social media, current CEO of Ferguson Plarre’s Bakehouse Steve Plarre said, “We’re over the moon to be winners in this year’s TopFranchise Awards… again!”

Steve went on to congratulate the other members of the TopFranchise Awards’ top ten winners.
