Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse comes up sweet in Franchise Awards

Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses is third on the list of top 10 Aussie franchises, as voted by franchisees across the country. The Topfranchise Awards recognise the activities and achievements of Australian franchisors, and is ranked based on feedback from franchisees.

More than 1,500 Australian franchisees were queried through a survey conducted by researchers 10 Thousand Feet and Seek Business. Each franchisee was asked up to 38 questions covering a range of areas, and it was this feedback that benchmarked franchisors against each other.

Head of Intelligence for topfranchise.com.au and 10 Thousand Feet, Ian Krawitz said, “The Topfranchise Award winners recognise there are critical pillars in the relationship they have with their franchisees, such as support, marketing, brand, lifestyle, expansion opportunities and passion.

Along with third position on the leaderboard, Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse also won the top position for a food franchise. CEO of Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse, Steve Plarre, said, “Winning the number one position for a food franchise in the Topfranchise Awards is an incredibly proud moment for the Plarre family.
