Two separate competitions are set to take place – The Bake Skills Australia National Pastry Chef Championships & The Bake Skills Australia National Baking Championships.

Bake Skills Australia has always aimed to support quality, training and professionalism in baking, and that remains unchanged in 2022. The competition is specifically structured to showcase the talents of our younger generation of bakers & pastry chefs through the exposure gained each year at both Fine Food Australia and through regular articles & news updates in trade media such as Baking Business; The Australasian Baker, and various foodservice magazines.
