Two separate competitions are set to take place – The Bake Skills Australia National Pastry Chef Championship and The Bake Skills Australia National Baking Championships

Bake Skills Australia has always aimed to support quality, training and professionalism in baking, and that remains unchanged in 2024. The competition is specifically structured to showcase the talents of our younger generation of bakers and pastry chefs through the exposure gained each year at Fine Food Australia.
