Australia’s Best Pie competition and the Great Aussie Pastie Competition is calling on all bakers with a penchant for producing perfect pies and pasties.

With entries from all around the country, this competition is one of the undisputed highlights of the Foodservice Australia show; to be held from June 2-4, in Melbourne.

Entrants are welcome to watch the judging take place on each day of competition, as well as partake in pie and pastie demonstrations.

Entries are now open for the 2013 competition. Winners will be announced in the Bakery Theatre at Foodservice Australia at 3pm, June 4, 2013.
