Sydney pastry chef Adriano Zumbo (pictured) has been appointed Australian ambassador for the Cacao Barry brand. Adriano will promote the French gourmet brand image and its products as well as evaluating the technical qualities of Cacao Barry products, developing new applications and recipes based on chocolate, and participating in demonstrations at events.
F Mayer (Imports) chocolate division manager Gary Willis, Australiaβs official distributor of Cacao Barry products, congratulated Adriano on officially becoming a member of the βAmbassadors Clubβ and said it was great to see recognition of the pastry chefβs βpassion, loyalty and dedicationβ after knowing him for so many years.
