Premium vanilla grower and producer Heilala Vanilla has launched a vanilla powder, aimed at the ever-increasing number of whole food followers and health-conscious consumers.

Made from 100 per cent pure vanilla beans, the powder is free from artificial colours, flavours, buffers, additives and sugar. It’s also gluten-free.

The product is made by drying and grinding Heilala Vanilla beans into a fine powder. Two grams of the ground vanilla powder is equivalent to one Heilala Vanilla bean. As it’s a powder, the product is perfect for applications where liquid is an issue.
