Geelong-based start-up The Smokin’ Innovation and Smoked Egg Company has managed to turn the humble egg into a gourmet product ready to wow diners across the world.
The smoked and pasteurized products are conveniently packaged for use in food service, with the product set to revolutionize the industry, predicts founder Julie Kos.
The product line features a family of four products – smoked whole eggs, smoked egg wash, smoked egg whites and smoke egg yolks – and was a hit at the recent Fine Food 2016 in Melbourne.
