Blending Barry Callebaut‘s exquisite cocoa powders with Keith Harris’s Addictions range of chocolate flavours is proving to be quite the match.
Natural brown flavours are becoming popular across a number of food categories internationally and Keith Harris has created this range in response to local demand. The offerings include dark chocolate, milk chocolate, a milk/dark blend and blonde chocolate – a caramelised white chocolate that is causing a stir in European markets.
