A trend to square glass is developing in bakery display cabinets, according to Complete Display Equipment sales manager Rob Catalano.

“Over the last 12-to-18 months we have seen a real trend back to the square glass cabinets with bakery owners enjoying the change from the traditional curved glass cabinet,” Rob said.

While the square glass look may have been the only choice, the new modern updated Complete Display Equipment 2012 version provides a brilliant display with LED lighting showcasing fresh bakery products.
