Australia’s major food expo, Fine Food, is back this year, set to take place on 11–14 September across two levels at Sydney’s ICC. New interactive innovations and technology will be showcased to visitors and those in the bakery space this year at Fine Food Australia by the 2023 major sponsors.
“We are proud to work with leading partners to ensure our event has the latest and greatest in food industry innovation each year,” said Fine Food event manager, Andrew Lawson.
“We are excited to be working with this year’s partners and continuing to grow our network to deliver the best Fine Food Australia show yet.”
Technology will also be a big focus at the event, with presentations about AI, ChatGPT and technology are anticipated to be widely attended at Fine Food Australia this year.
Andrew Lawson said being across new and existing technology is invaluable for any operator in the food, beverage and foodservice industry.
He said, “This was key in our decision to introduce the Talking Tech stage to our audience. New tech gives businesses opportunity to differentiate in the marketplace, streamline processes and thereby improve efficiency and operating costs.”
The line up of speakers for this year’s event has also been announced, with key speakers including food expert and TV chef Adam Moore, Tony Green and Wes Lambert from Australian Foodservice Advocacy Body, and Sissel Rosengren from Food Industry Foresight, among others.
Andrew Lawson said the information gleaned and connections made during Fine Food have always been some of the most invaluable aspects of the event.
He said, “For some it’s transform their business. And often being around trailblazers and networking with peers can inspire a marketing or creative burst.”
Registrations for the event are still open.
