Food manufacturer Trisco Foods has launched an innovative new glaze that will allow Aussie bakers to make products that match the quality of European patisseries.

The company’s Neutral Glaze Product will give tarts, cakes and cheesecakes an excellent shine. It will also extend the life of the product by coating the fruit and preventing drying. Neutral Glaze is available in a convenient 13kg pail.
