The Best New Product Awards single out exceptional products from Australia and the world with winners awarded at Fine Food Australia.

Winner: Professional Blast Chillers by La Nuovagel

Nuovair’s Industry range of Professional Blast Chillers took out the coveted Best New Bakery Product. The machine scored points for innovation because of its electronic expansion valve system and CO2 refrigeration solution.

The valve allows users to measure the quantity of refrigerant, work faster and improve the quality of chilling, all which leads to improved hourly production, reduced food costs and energy consumption and an increase of up to 20 per cent overall efficiency than standard systems.
