Bakery Opening Offers Escape From City Bustle

Bakery Opening Offers Escape From City Bustle

Popular Infinity Sourdough Bakery in Darlinghurst, Sydney, has moved across the water to open its doors in Manly, the heart of the northern beaches.

The new outlet is fitted with resurrected antique lamps, old oregon planks from a chocolate factory in Newtown and a makeshift garden setting.

“All will allure those passing by, but the friendly service and quality of our products will keep them coming back,” owner William Petersen said.

The location is a “perfect” stop-off for commuters to grab a coffee, muesli, or a loaf of sourdough on their way to the ferry or for Manly locals to hide from the hustle and bustle of the Corso.

The Manly Infinity Sourdough Bakery will stock lines of plain, wholemeal rye, seeded sourdough loaves, speciality loaves such as walnut, spelt, pumpkin and fruit and nut, danishes and yeasted ranges of sourdough.

All sourdough loaves are made with certified organic flour, filtered water and Murray River inland salt.
