It’s official – the country’s sweetest event will return to Sydney and Melbourne this year.
The Cake Bake and Sweets Show is Australia’s largest event devoted to the world of baking, decorating and sugar craft.
The sweetest live event for everything cake, bake and sweets is coming soon to Sydney (8-10 November) and Melbourne (29 November-1 December), and with this year’s line up, you won’t want to miss out. The Cake, Bake & Sweets Show 2019 will feature a huge range of workshops, demonstrations, competitions and much more including:
Super Theatre
The Super Theatre is where the stars come out to play. Strap yourself in for some crazy creations and inspiring demonstrations from some of the best in the business.
Decorating Stage
The Decorating Stage is one of the most popular features at the Cake, Bake & Sweets Show. This free event will stage six demonstrations each day.
Queen Make and Take
The hugely popular Make & Take classes are back in 2019! These bite-sized classes give visitors the chance to decorate their own creations to take away or eat on the spot.

Featuring demonstrations each day by Anna Polyviou, Kirsten Tibbals and Miguel Maestre and cake decorating classes with Michelle Smith from Cake Craze and the colourful Katherine Sabbath. Wanting to learn more on the wellness trend then join healthy baker, Rowie Dillon, who will demonstrate how to create delicious treats using exhibitor products that are gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free and diabetic-friendly without compromising on flavour.
