The 2025 iteration of the Baking Industry Trade Show is looming once again, and it promises to be better than ever before.

Set to be held from July 15-17, 2026 at Wentworth Park Complex in Sydney, the trade show will play host to suppliers and providers from across the industry with live demonstrations and workshops taking place across the three days. Then there’s the MOI International Bakers Corner where you can sit back and listen to the industry’s finest talk about current issues.

On July 15 learn how to improve your marketing strategy before taking on food waste head on. July 16 will see an update on the new domestic violence laws and wages be discussed, followed by an informative session about whether your business is using the correct social media and AI. Then, the final day of the trade show will consist of a discussion about improving the apprenticeship training program.

At the core of the Baking Industry Trade Show are the enduring favourite competitions: the 2025 Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie Competition, as well as the Artisan Baking Competition, and National Donut Competition. Rounding out the jam-packed event will be the National Excellence in Baking Awards dinner.

Hosted every year by the Baking Association of Australia (BAA), the event is considered a highlight of the baking industry’s calendar.
