The 2022 Baking Industry Trade Show will be held in Melbourne at Moonee Valley from May 31 – June 2, 2022.

Hosted by the Baking Association of Australia, the Trade Show will once again be giving all participants of the industry the chance to not only talk to key expert exhibitors, but to view bakery live kitchens, take part in the Baker’s Corner, network at the cocktail party and attend the National Excellence in Baking Awards Dinner.

The Trade Show also hosts two of the industry’s most highly contested competitions: the Australia’s Best Pie and Pastie Competition and the Artisan Baking Competition.

With ample accommodation surrounding the area and the Melbourne CBD just a short distance away, it will be a great few days of fun and learning.
