In development for two years. Callebaut’s GOLD is a white chocolate with caramelised milk powder and caramelised sugar, which gives it the golden colour and toasted caramel flavour. The addition of salt creates a perfect balance to offset the sweetness.
GOLD is perfect for pairing in desserts with fruits such as apricot and apple or making chocolate bars with spices and/or nuts. It also makes a spectacular golden glaze for cakes or chocolate mousse.
