Water flows through a sealed circuit to your desired mixer or dosing unit. The circuit is located in a tank cooled by the creation of ice. The variation of the block of ice is controlled by a probe that guarantees constant cooling of your water.
Better hygiene is provided as the chilled water cannot be contaminated in the sealed circuit and is not in contact with ambient air.
No water pumps are required as water passes through the unit using constant supply pressure.
