Hot on the heels of of its Adelaide’s pop-ups, Brooki Bakehouse has announced it will open its newest location in the city later this month.
The Brisbane-born cult bakery is set to open the newest kiosk at Adelaide Airport on July 17. The move build on the brand’s current locations that include the Brisbane Domestic and International Airports, Sydney Domestic Airport, and Gold Coast Airport.
The Adelaide Airport kiosk will carry Brooki’s signature cookie range including the iconic NYC Cookie, Cookie Butter Cookie, Red Velvet Cookie and Classic Choc Chip Cookie.
Brooki Bakehouse founder Brooke Bellamy said Adelaide has always had incredible Brooki fans.
“…and now whether you’re arriving in the city for the first time orheading home after a big trip, we want Brooki to be the thing you look forward to most,” she said.
The move comes after a huge start to the year for the brand. In mid-March it was announced Andrew Head would be stepping into the CEO position, from where he will oversee the execution of the company’s growth strategy, enhance operational excellence, build leadership depth across the organisation, and ensure sustainable and profitable expansion across all markets. Andrew’s appointment also allowed Brooke to focus on product development and innovation, creative direction and customer experience.
There are plans to open 30 stores across Australia by the end of 2026, as well as Brooki Bakehouse’s first international store based in the United Arab Emirate (UAE).
