Brooki Bakehouse has announced pop ups in both Sydney and Adelaide in the coming weeks

Viral cookie sensation Brooki Bakehouse is turbocharging its national presence, announcing it will bring two exclusive pop-up stores to Sydney and Adelaide from this weekend.

Sydney will receive its first ever Brooki pop-up food truck from Friday, May 22 to Saturday, June 13, located at Macquarie Street right on the Sydney Harbour.

From 6pm each evening, Vivid Sydney Festivalgoers will be able to get their hands on Brooki’s iconic classic cookie flavours including chocolate chip, red velvet, Biscoff, kinderbueno, and cinnamon scroll, as well as a limited-edition almond croissant cookie.

Meanwhile, from Thursday, May 28, through to Sunday, May 31, Adelaide customers for the first time can get their hands on Brooki’s extravagant range of cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and croissants at Westfield Marion in Oaklands Park.

For Brooki fans, the announcements add to the excitement surrounding Brooki Bakehouse’s hugely successful launch of its first flagship store in Melbourne earlier this month.

Brooki Bakehouse’s permanent store locations are currently limited to Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney Airport, and recently, Melbourne, but Brooki’s strong online presence has garnered devoted followers from all around the globe.

Cult fans residing outside Brooki’s physical orbit have long begged the bakehouse’s founder Brooke Bellamy to expand into new markets, and the all-day queues at Brooki’s Melbourne pop-up proved there’s demand to match.

“When you look up and you see the line [queue], you think, wow, what an amazing turnout, and then you keep serving people and you think surely at some point this line is going to stop,” Brooke said in a video posted to Brooki’s Facebook.

“And it’s not because you want it to stop, it’s just because that’s the way it usually works.

“It turns out that this line did not deteriorate.”

Brooke will be serving up the warm cookies herself at the Sydney and Adelaide pop-up stores during the coming weeks.

If the response to Brooki Bakehouse’s Melbourne pop-up is any indication of what’s to come, Sydney and Adelaide cookie aficionados will have to set their alarms for dawn.

You know what they say—the early bird gets the cookie.
