Owner Anna Eden started the business out of a love for her grandmother’s recipes. It’s a passion that’s clearly paid off as today she she’s busy baking and frosting cupcakes for clients all around Sydney.

According to Anna, Bartercard has attracted new customers and increased sales, but all above, it has conserved a lot of cash.

“We’ve sold thousands of cupcakes to small businesses and hotels on Bartercard who pay us in trade dollars, which we use to pay for business expenses such as photography and printing,” she said.
