Baking industry participants have the opportunity to get out of the cold and wind, with the 2022 Baking Industry Trade Show kicking off in Melbourne on Tuesday, May 31.

Monday was a flurry of activity at the Moonee Valley Racecourse as stall holders set up their equipment ready for demonstrations.

Along with your favourite suppliers and providers, the Trade Show, hosted by the Baking Association of Australia (BAA), once again hosts Australia’s Best Pie & Pastie Competition, live demos, workshops, the Baker’s Corner free info area, the Artisan Baking Competition, and for the first time, the National Donut Competition!

The BAA also invites you to join them and all State Winners of Excellence in Baking at the Moonee Valley Racecourse on Wednesday evening for the announcement of the 2022 National Winners of Excellence in Baking, with drinks and a three course dinner to be enjoyed.
