An Adelaide-based gluten-free bakery known for its handcrafted baked goods has been announced as the next business to take part in the Producer in Residence program at Adelaide Central Market.
Trezona Gluten Free Bakery owner Michael Robin told Glam Adelaide he was buzzing with excitement about the opportunity.
“We are thrilled to be a part of the Adelaide Central Market’s Producer In Residence program,” he said.
“This opportunity allows us to share our passion for gluten-free baking with the vibrant community of Adelaide, showcasing the diverse flavours of quality ingredients that define our brand.”
Trezona’s storefront is located in Edwardstown, and has gained a reputation for their friands in flavours such as blueberry and caramel apple hazelnut.
“Visitors can indulge in a variety of slices [at the pop-up] including the irresistible caramel slice, strawberry jelly cheesecake, chocolate macadamia brownie, and passionfruit curd cheesecake,” Michael said.
The Adelaide Central Market Producer In Residence Program features a new producer every three weeks, and provides small South Australian start up retailers and eateries with the chance to test out their products and business ideas in a unique retail setting.
Trezona Gluten Free Bakery will be onsite at the markets from April 2-20.
