The Tekno Stamap Sheeter has been designed with ease-of-use in mind. With a solid build and powerful motor, it produces consistent sheets of pastry. The Lune Croissanterie team also installed Vanrooy’s Escher Mixer, a Salva Kwik-co Convection Oven, a Tekno Stamap 40 litre, and a Salva Sirroco Rack Oven.
