The date for Dessert Masters season 2 finale has been announced.

Sunday, November 24, will see season six MasterChef alumna Emelia Jackson, Omnia Executive Pastry Chef John Demetrios, and pastry chef and artisanal dessert store GLACÉ  owner Christy Tania going head to head in the grand finale.

The second season of the popular series saw well-known names such as British chef, author and TV personality Darren Purchese, Sydney’s cake queen Katherine Sabbath, Newcastle-based baker Reece Hignell, and Gelato Messina Chief Creative Chef Donato Toce all enter the famous kitchen.

This season of Dessert Masters offered up a number of memorable moments, including pastry chef instructor Jana Lai presenting judges Melissa Leong and Amaury Guichon a jar of Vegemite and toast that was actually a dessert, and a Cirque du Soleil-inspired challenge. Viewers also got to see Amaury and Melissa get hands-on in a piping tutorial for the contestants.

The Dessert Masters finale will air at 7pm on Channel 10.
